1. We need to make a Drive - Ramon

Things to do ASAP - We will have separate calls for each of these!

1. Pick a date!

• Summer to late summer
• On a Friday to Saturday
• Start second day later, end second day later
• Venue, then date!!

2. Venue: - Next meeting on on 29.10.17 at 21:00

• Separate sponsor room would be nice
• Theatre venues might be also okay!
• Transportation accessible - airport or bahnhof

3. Low commercial noise!

• Sponsor packaging is expensive!

4. Legal Entity -Next meeting TBH

• We will have a Verein!
• Deadline for Tanya, Ramon and Pilar: Friday 27th to research
• Ramon: Research how to do a company sub-verein thing
• Tanya: How CoderDojo does the Verein thing
• Pilar: How WTM does the Verein thing

Team Organization:

• Core Committee who lead sub-committees

• Vlad has the domain and we can use it

• Daniel will look into it until next Sunday

• Ticketing system, we can look at this after the legal entity

• On a super distant note, all toilets could be gender neutral so the attendees don't have to "choose"
