Using our Syrah API, you can easily know the latest material disclosures and updates from company SEC filings in a way that is interpreted like a financial analyst. This lets you know the good and bad things happening with the companies and tickers you track without having to read each of the 20+ million documents in this database, and get updates as they are published. We take the filings and programmatically add financial meta tags representing the underlying meaning of the document (good, bad, neutral but important information). We also measure the frequency with which these meta tags are found. In addition, we include identifier data related to the filing that describes the company and ticker, so you can easily integrate it with your systems. We have broad coverage and very frequent data updates. The Syrah API includes data on a one day delay. See our site for other API options including more frequent data updates.
