Problem: The tutorial series this year is no longer RADIUSS, but renamed to HPCIC. Solution: Rename all assets to HPCIC/hpcic, will await merge on confirmation from the hpcic/radiuss team! Signed-off-by: vsoch <[email protected]>

Ping @hariharan-devarajan and @ilumsden - this should only be a rename that doesn't influence the DYAD material, and I'll get it merged in as soon as I get final confirmation from the HPCIC/RADIUSS team! And I apologize this was my oversight - it's not called RADIUSS this year but rather HPCIC. https://hpcic.llnl.gov/tutorials/2024-hpc-tutorials
