nit: the commit hash and PR numbers are not actionable from this public changelog. We can keep them if you think it helps to tie-back during debugging or if someone asks about it - but as a reader of this changelog I would not be able to do anything with them.

Similarly - the golang net upgrade seems like noise. Why do I care as a user? Think about who is going to consume this changelog and what information is helpful to them.
