In this PR:

  • Updated asset loading path to be configurable and allow overriding items in the asset bundle
  • Enable WIN32 application build (so no console window appears in package release)
  • Add log to file option to be used in WIN32 application mode
  • Automatically switch over flashlight and flatview to follow VR player when connected
  • Update Tracy profiler
  • Make articulating arm unlock when held
