The Salesforce Toolkit for Amazon Connect by Aria Solutions is a collection of prebuilt utilities that enable rapid integration between Salesforce and Amazon Connect. The Toolkit consists of a set of common Lambda functions to be used by Amazon Connect to interact with Salesforce, and a Salesforce package that enables Salesforce integration with Amazon Connect through configuration.
