Welcome to the tPACE wiki!

tPACE is the development and testing version of the R package fdapace.

Most of the package's functionality derives from using FPCA objects (fpcaObj) to perform various functional data analysis tasks. For example given a functional data-sample you can visualize the imputed trajectories of it (CreatePathPlot), view its design plot (CreateDesignPlot), generate a functional boxplot from it (CreateFuncBoxPlot) or simply check its principal modes of variation (CreateModeOfVarPlot).

fdapace's older dizygotic twin is the MATLAB package PACE. As PACE is older than fdapace she knows more tricks than fdapace; fdapace is a fast learner though!
