POCSAG receiver
Receives and decodes POCSAG messages (alphanumeric only for now) at 512, 1200 or 2400bps. Logging to POCSAG.TXT is enabled by default (appends to file). Raw data, frequency, speed and full timestamps are written.
An address can be ignored to skip idle messages from some networks.
