Move react-native-macos sample to a standalone application

Description

Due to dependencies conflicts between [email protected] and [email protected] we can't upgrade our sample application to [email protected].

Current schedule for [email protected] is before [email protected], which is already in release candidate version.

Due to the different release schedule and react-native-macos beijing behind, we should separate the samples to gain more flexibility and ability to keep our repository up to date with the latest React Native version.
