Use pytest instead of unittest

Mostly because:

• it lets us use bare assert statements as opposed to self.assert*
• the test runner automatically catches and prints lots of warnings which we want to solve

Extras:

• get rid of pyftpdlib/test/runner.py
• get rid of Codecov external service
