Fix tag encode in mapping

[RangelReale]

When encoding a yaml tag in a map key, the tag appears on the next line.

got:

        a:
          b:
            c:
        !!timestamp test

expected:

        a:
          b:
            c: !!timestamp test

This PR checks for TagNode and encode without the newline.
