Added threading support to
FileServiceClientto makediscovery_apithread-local.Motivation
Fixes a threading issue where multiple threads could simultaneously access
self._discovery_api, leading to bugs. Makingdiscovery_apithread-local gives each thread its own instance.Resolves: #327
