This PR introduces support for KBMTF emulation starting from l1 scouting scouting stubs.
Codes added:

converter of scouting stubs to L1MuKBMTCombinedStub, which is the format given in input to the emulator
KBMTF emulator runner, which puts the output L1MuKBMTrack in an OrbitCollection. It comes with an option to perform matching with GMT muons
Ntuplizer in OrbitFlatTable, which can also add the stubs that gave the L1MuKBMTrack
