Fix the broken FIR filter scaling code, that I broke in v1.1, which:

  • reduces the likelyhood of signal clipping (back to how it was in v1.0)
  • allows the CW decoders to operate better again (back to how it was in v1.1)

also

  • add an input clipping detection - now display '!' on the input volume display if the input is too loud and clipping

It is recommended to use this version in preference to v1.1.
