This guide was originally created when the only join method available other than token joining was the iam method for AWS. Today, we support a number of join methods that cover most major cloud platforms. As such, it no longer makes sense to include information about the iam join method within this guide, removing this content makes the guide simpler and lets us focus information around what the user is actually doing.

I've also tried to add a little more descriptive content to explain what the user is configuring.
