Send image

This example respons to a command /cam in the chat sending an image. The first node /cam triggers an http request (for example to the URL of a web cam), then resulting payload is sent to the Image node which prepares the payload for the Telegram Sender node. The /cam command also triggers a waiting message "Uploading a photo..." while the image is downloaded.
