is not working because the ServiceWorker for the PWA is not working without a web server. Try npm run start:prod

- Clone the HappyHamster project.
- Open a command line and navigate to the repository root and then to the SAKPaaS folder.
- Run
npm install
- Run
ng serve
and your local HappyHamster should open up atlocalhost:4200
