Reverting the equation back to yesterday's version, to be consistent with variable renaming in HIP-406. Signed-off-by: Leemon Baird <[email protected]>
Changing variable names and which variable is called a setting, to make it clearer and easier to understand. This change does not affect the algorithm and does not affect the amount of rewards, as long as the setting is set correctly. It just makes it easier to understand.
