Note that in hdmf-common-schema and nwb schema core, this will affect the minimum precision of
ElementIdentifiers,DynamicTableRegionand any extensions. In all other places of hdmf-common-schema and nwb-schema, "int" and "uint" had long ago been replaced by "int32" and "uint32" or similar.
