两个bug:
1.app/views/logs/_log.html.erb 隐藏了一个小bug，即当用户关注、取消关注某问题时，Log虽被创建，但未被显示。
2.上次#104 的修改只修改对了一半，这次没有问题了，有测试代码保证
我修复了上述bug，并加了一些测试代码以开启良好的补丁提交质量保障道路：）
