This PR modifies the
engineandinterpto simplify theExternalReferencesimplementation to just use pointers instead of the extra hassle withunsafe.Pointer. It is still opaque to the caller, this just makes thing easier on the host side.Note that it depends on the branch with the PR hybridgroup/wasman#1 in wasman.
