BacFlux patch release v1.1.6:

  1. Bakta has been updated to version 1.9.3.
  2. antiSMASH has been updated to version 7.1.0.
  3. There have been minor changes to the summary of Platon results, which have been verified by a BLAST search.
  4. eggNOG-mapper now uses proteins output by Bakta as input.
