Plugin doesn't appear to support Web UI, although the plugin is listed and checked in the preferences when accessed through the Web UI.

I can confirm that this is also relevant on v1.3.6 - Installed on a headless Ubuntu trusty machine. The plugin is listed as active but it does not show for any torrent including existing ones and new ones added after the plugin is made active.
