This is official election data converted into somewhat more usable JSON formats than presented at opendata.valimised.ee and calculations of hypothetical election results only with the electronic votes and only with paper ballots. The results for two voting methods are hugely different.
This dataset is mostly a byproduct of a blog post about digital divide in 2023 election results in Estonia.
There are guerilla open data for Estonian parliament elections 2007, 2011, 2015 and 2019.
