8.3.3 BETA b3

Mostly stable release with all speed improvements and database caching fully implemented. There are still a few fixes in testing/verification but all-in-all, this should now present a very stable 8.3.3 BETA pre-release version as it is right now.

This release is being run and tested on multiple servers, both local and public, including the project's test server.
