How to Plan your Vacation

  1. Look at the vacation schedule, and if possible, choose dates that do not overlap with the vacation of your teammates. This is important to ensure that the projects you are working on are not left unattended during your vacation;
  2. You can take a vacation anytime after the trial period. If you need to take a vacation during the trial period, please discuss it with your team lead first;
  3. Leave of two weeks or less does not require any approval, provided that you give at least 3 weeks notice before it begins. If your vacation does not meet criteria one or two, please be sure to agree on it in advance with your team lead;
  4. We recommend that at least one of your vacations per year should be at least two weeks long;
  5. Prior to taking your leave, please make sure that the tasks you are working on are either completed or have been handed off to your teammates in advance, or that you have explicitly agreed to pause certain tasks with everyone whom the tasks affect.

How do You Know how Many Vacation Days You Have?

Go to Teamplify, click on your profile in the main menu, and then on the Statuses tab. There you can see your current vacation balance. It is calculated automatically in accordance with your local labor laws, i.e. 28 calendar days per year for Russia, Moldova, and Kyrgyzstan, 24 calendar days per year for Ukraine, etc.

National holidays

We respect the official national holidays of the country of your residence. It also means that your holiday schedule changes if you relocate to another country. We want to treat all our employees fairly and respect local labor laws, so the conditions should be equal for locals and immigrants. Of course, holiday schedule change doesn't apply if you're just traveling, but if you moved permanently - it does.
