Vacation and Holidays

- Look at the vacation schedule, and if possible, choose a time that does not overlap with the vacation of your teammates. This is important to ensure that the projects you are working on are not left unattended during your vacation;
- Leave of two weeks or less does not require any approval, provided that you give at least 3 weeks notice before it begins. If your vacation does not meet criteria one or two, please be sure to agree on it in advance with Alexandra Kosilova or Denis Stebunov; Please note that at least one of your vacations per year must be at least two weeks long;
- Enter the dates you have chosen into your vacation schedule. Try to plan out your work so that important things are not left hanging during your vacation;
- Prior to taking your leave, please make sure that the tasks you are working on are either completed or have been handed off to your teammates in advance, or that you have explicitly agreed to pause certain tasks with everyone whom the tasks affect.
To do this, simply subtract the number of vacation days you've taken from the number of vacation days you have earned. For each year, you are entitled to 28 calendar days of paid vacation, or 2.33 days for each month. The year starts on the date you were hired;
- You may take leave at any time after your probationary period;
- The number of vacation days you've used is displayed on the [vacation schedule(https://ivelum.teamplify.com/calendar/). Holidays are not counted.
