1. tassl_demo ssl 增加Visual Studio 2019工程 2. sm2cli.c, sm2svr.c 编码由UTF8改为UTF8-BOM，以兼容Visual Studio 3. sm2cli.c 移除无用变量sendbuf，它有内存溢出的问题 需要创建名为 TASSL的环境变量，路径为TASSL的安装路径。或者修改项目配置中的附加库目录以寻找lib文件
