Pre-built binaries for Windows and Mac (12.6 and above).

1. Extract the archive.

2. On Windows, run File-Manager.exe.

   On MacOS, run the App Bundle.
   Due to MacOS' restrictions on apps from unverified publishers, you must do

   chmod +x File-Manager.app
   chmod +x File-Manager.app/Contents/MacOS/*
   

   Then, right-click on the app in Finder and Open. You may have to do this twice.
   Dismiss the security warnings when prompted.

The recommended way to try this app on all *nix desktops is to build it yourself.
