Crash Reports

Welcome to the troubleshooting section of World of Dragons.

If I have left something out that needs clarification feel free to edit the wiki.

How to find the crash report and logs folders

1. right click on the icon that starts the pack in the twitch launcher
2. choose view profile
3. on the next screen, look in the upper right corner and click on the "..." icon
4. then click on "open folder"
5. this is where "crash-reports/" and "logs/" folders live

Crash Reports

In the crash reports folder will be a crash report that is time stamped, the latest one should be the one you need.

Logs

In the logs folder will be all kinds of files in general we only need the latest.log.

Pastebin

Put them on Pastebin.com

Open both,

1. do edit and
2. select all (ctrl + a), and then
3. copy, (ctrl + c), then
4. goto pastebin.com and
5. in the big empty box paste what you just copied
6. (ctrl + v).
7. Hit submit and
8. copy the new url (address) and
9. send that to us,
   1. either in the Discord server in right category and channel or
   2. in the issues link above.
10. Describe the problem and your help session will begin.
