I deploy public IPs + CGNAT IPs at home (legit setup), and lancache refuse to start in this case. |

It's nice to have the check exist by default, but for advanced users, maybe allow them to skip the check?
This PR allows setting
ALLOW_GLOBAL_ROUTABLE_IP=1to skip the private IP check.
