For now just testing if we can use [mermaid diagrams](https://mystmd.org/guide/diagrams) to make a neat decision flow chart for users where to put their data

I guess this did not work. I am not even entirely sure if we are using mystmd here? Probably need to install extensions (https://opencomputinglab.github.io/SubjectMatterNotebooks/diagram/sphinx-diagrammers.html) |
