First official release on GitHub

This is the first release of the Speech Corpus Toolkit for Praat after moving the scripts to GitHub.

Identical versions of these scripts were previously provided at
http://www.helsinki.fi/~lennes/praat-scripts/. The old site will no longer be maintained.

This release is provided as an archive of the original scripts, and some of them may not work in the current version of Praat.
