1. Clone the croc-fcgi repository to your computer
2. Optaining libfcgi.lib
   • Download pre-built lib from here.
   • Compile it yourself using DMC: Win32LibFCGI
3. Place libfcgi.lib into the lib folder of croc-fcgi.
4. Double-click build.bat
