Fixes issue with missing execution permissions on run_auto.sh scripts, which prevented hrtimer-prio and measurement sub-tests from running.
Updated permissions for:
testcases/realtime/func/hrtimer-prio/run_auto.sh
testcases/realtime/func/measurement/run_auto.sh
