To build and run this app, ensure you have the following.
- Visual Studio Express for Windows Phone 7.1
- Visual Studio Express update 7.1.1 (Tango build)
- Silverlight for Windows Phone Toolkit
- Telerik RadControls for Windows Phone ~ 30-day trial, $99 purchase
