Added cetk fabrication with a base ticket instead of the given one, if the given one is an unique console ticket. (Except if --use-for-cetk is specified on argument.)
Allows result output to be usable with make_cdn_cia and produce an installable cia.
Tickets like preinstall tickets don't get touched since they are non console unique and result cias are already installable.
