This release marks the last version of hugo-coder that doesn't use Hugo's Asset Pipeline.

Starting now, the master branch will contain a work-in-progress hugo-coder v2.0. Some features from v1.0 will be cut off (mainly styling features), but they can be easily achieved modifying the theme.
