Macaroni v24.10.01-eagle!

A new release of Macaroni Eagle is out!

This is a bugfix release that restore Nodejs 14 and correctly,
update Nodejs 20.18.0. HaProxy is been rebuild to correctly work with Systemd.

Many thanks to all Macaroni OS devs and contributors that are the sap of all this.
