The "Fade Corpse" spawnflag normally only applies to clientside ragdolls. This PR extends that functionality to serverside ragdolls created within CBaseCombatCharacter. Previously, all serverside ragdolls created by NPCs would fade automatically, no matter what.

With this PR, serverside ragdolls of NPCs without the "Fade Corpse" flag will never automatically fade, which is similar to how clientside ragdolls behave without the flag. The "Fade Corpse" flag is enabled by default for all NPCs placed in Hammer, although NPCs created via npc_create will not use this flag unless they are specified to.
