In current implement, mbtiles with vector tiles are previewed with mapbox-gl, mbtiles with raster tiles are previewed with mapbox.js. mapbox-gl supports both vector tiles and raster tiles. We should use mapbox-gl, which is a more modern and performance map library, to preview both raster and vector tiles.
