In steps 5 and 6, I show the C# compiler (csc) command listing the supported language versions on macOS. I regret including steps 5 and 6 because they cause some readers problems without adding any real value because the csc command is never used again. In the next edition I will remove steps 5 and 6. I recommend that readers skip over steps 5 and 6.
