Use first <title> in document when anchorizing URLs #504

Fix an issue where anchorizeURL used the last <title> found in a document, instead of the first:

<html>
<head>
<title>THE TITLE WE WANT</title>
</head>
<body>
  <svg>
    <title>An irrelevant accessibility title</title>
    ...
  </svg>
</body>
</html>
