added launch week and also moved news & announcements section to the top... I know that's out of character for us but considering the launch and because that section is short (and also leading with the latest "news" seems to make sense from a flow perspective) - I thought it would be okay, but we can move back to normal spot if too disruptive.

**Should we announce Memfault Launch Week in the news and announcements? I am leaning towards yes, and point them to launch week landing page. ... actually yes let me create PR and then edit.
