Barebones is the first, most basic version of the Ellen library as a part of the Final Five project. Barebones seeks out data from various LSB library functions and translates and stores returned metadata about the device, operating system, and user before storing the metadata in a cylonStruct object for later use. Barebones does translation to make all metadata meet the same platform-agnostic mappings used by other libraries within the Final Five Project. For contexts where Ellen can not find certain fields for a cylonStruct, or the data does not exist in a Linux space, Ellen will populate these fields with default values.
