What's New

  • Updated compute shape from VM.Standard.E3.Flex to VM.Standard.E4.Flex for improved performance.
  • Transitioned from Oracle Linux 7.9 to default Oracle Linux 8 (with an option for Oracle Linux 9).
  • Increased compute instance memory to 2GB RAM for better performance (1GB was insufficient, particularly on OL8/OL9).
  • Updated remote execution commands: replaced yum utility with dnf for compatibility with OL8/OL9.
  • Enhanced File Storage Service (FSS) security by restricting access to VCN CIDR only.
