I am passionate about learning and experimenting, I love technology and I am a fan of processes and methodologies. I love automating tasks and, at times, I give myself the luxury of creating my own tools as needed.
I am naturally curious and, when allowed, I like to get involved in the entire process, detecting or helping other teams improve, optimize and automate. This allows me to know different sectors, areas or dynamics, and understand how they think, move, what they seek or expect.
By analyzing situations from different approaches, we sometimes discover that solutions are simpler than we thought. Like a volunteer firefighter, I control the situation and make the necessary elements available to the responsible team to prevent and mitigate future similar events, then move on to another challenge.
This versatility is what keeps me mentally active and has also taught me that, despite the fact that processes and methodologies are good, it is not always beneficial to follow them to the letter, but rather they must be adaptable and flexible according to the context.
