Jekyll automatically creates a P element for the post.excerpt liquid. Duplicating it in the template results in unallowed nesting of P elements.

Inspired by @rettinghaus' findings in music-encoding/guidelines#47, I checked the HTML of the website with https://validator.w3.org/nu/ .
This PR fixes most of the errors and warnings identified by the W3C validator.
