As it stands, as the figures do not need the raw data to be made. This will build with pdflatex and output a file called thesis.pdf.

The actual content of the document is made available under the terms of the CC -BY 4.0 license. The contents of Chapter 3, 4 and 5 form part of three papers, Dorotovic, I et. al (2014), Freij, N et. al (2016), and Freij, N et. al (2015), and are subject to the license of that journal. Permission for the material to be included and distributed as part of this thesis has been obtained, but derivative works are a murky area.
