update neo_simulation2 in the upstream

Classic Gazebo is outdated, therefore it is time, we remove it for Jazzy and also rolling.

But we have to update it for:

• Humble
• Iron

Once this has been done, we start the migration to the modern gazebo, thus we can release it once again upstream for Jazzy and rolling pointing Noble.

Issues to be taken care before the next release:

• refactor the urdf to xacro code for mpo robots and add logic to include arm #85
• add the missing mapping.launch.py #84
• converting the environment variable for choosing the robot and map into launch arguments and refactoring the code in simulation and navigation launch files #81
• release package neo_nav2_bringup#2
• github workflow backport #56
• add missing dependencies  #57
• update the new behaviors in the config #43
• update groundplane logo
• Documentation for all the above
